I have noticed that the crown of my hair has been thinning and lately I have been suffering from a lot of stress, so I have to take some time out and have a look at my lifestyle. At the moment my father has come back from hospital in March and I have been looking after him. I have got no support from my aunts and cousin. All I have got was my aunt telling me off, in my own house. My father has not helped the situation at all.This year has been very interesting and I have learnt lot about myself. I have always been grateful to people who are my friends and I have found I was always to work to be a friend and my friends have never worked towards me. Friendship is a two way relationship, and I realise that I deserve better.
